grassroots

this is what I think;- do you have yours?

it has to be the 'grassroots'. work must be focus from there to improve the game. it is back to basic, don't you think. the quality of passing & receiving is just frustrating. at some point, a laughing stock!

comparative example : what is the different between 2 basketball teams? all players use their hands to 'tame' the ball and shoot the ball into the loop, everybody is doing same thing, yet, a team wins and the other losses. 2 things influence the game. one is tactic (team/group play), and, the other is individuals quality. some players can 'fly', some players can 'slam' and some are 3-pointers. when do those players 'learn' to do all those tricks?

let's do that for football,or, soccer!
